Requirements for the use of the price guarantee:
The price guarantee can be made only with the purchase, but not subsequently, claims. She can be taken only from private customers throughout. The comparison dealer must come from Germany, commercially active and be an Internet shipping merchant. The article of comparison merchant must be new, undamaged and original. The comparison article rebates or other do not respect the customer individually offered discounts or coupons. Only commercial quantities may be purchased. The article must be immediately available on the day of the mobilisation of the guarantee to the comparison retailer. The deliverability must appear directly on the website of the comparison dealer.
